Eric Kantor entered  the insurance industry after retiring From the U.S Army over 25 Years ago. Since then, he has made service a main part of his life: Serving his God and community as a Deacon in his church, as a Board  Member of the Local Association of the United States Army Chapter, and with the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past board member of the Puyallup Chamber of Commerce and the local NAIFA chapter and Augus Manor Senior Housing. As a Founding Partner of Benefit Solutions Northwest, his goal is to make sure that him and his team focus on providing innovative and creative solutions for their clients’ benefit needs, in order to provide the richest benefit packages at the best possible price. When he’s not working he enjoys travel and playing with his grandson.

I was born in Singapore. I came to the USA for college education in 1976. i worked in the poultry industry for over 30 years in various capacities. I was the Asia-Pacific Regional Sales Director for an International poultry equipment company for over 20 years before my retirement. Wanting to be productive in the community, I joined the health insurance industry in 2022. I joined Benefit Solutions NW as an independent agent in 2023 to serve the small and medium sized businesses in the North Puget Sound area.

I am an account manager with 20 years of insurance experience in sales and customer service. After taking a 2-year break from insurance, I decided customer service was more my thing instead of sales. I work with you, our client, and our Benefit Architects to make sure you have a smooth experience. When I’m not working, I coach 2 track and field teams in West Seattle. I love to travel and cook.

Travis is one of our Benefit Architects with Benefit Solutions NW. He Studied foreign language and Cultures at the University of Washington in Seattle, and has 22 years of customer service including 6 years of sales.

Travis was Born and raised in Coeur D’Alene Idaho and graduated in 2004, then served in the US NAVY from 2004-2009, and moved to Seattle in 2011. He has goals to manage a future Branch of the company on the east side of Washington to be close to home and family.

Travis is a very detail oriented guy, who loves working with people. He is a natural leader and problem solver which is why he loves to work with our clients to find the best solution that is right for them. His Values are hard work and honesty, and accountability.

Travis is an avid Horror movie fan, loves soccer, and traveling as much as possible, that includes just traveling around to try out a new restaurant. He has a family guy with a Wife and young Daughter born in 2021, so he is very passionate about spending time with them and watching her grow.

Previously I worked several years in the Health industry and am now continuing my desire to help people, but now on the “glamorous” side of insurance. Outside of work I enjoy relaxing by watching football and do my best to keep up with my busy wife. I love my wife, puppies, and travel–in that order.

Marcia West entered the health insurance industry in 2018 after serving the business community as a consultant for over 30 years. Her dissatisfaction with benefits communications in her own work experience fueled her passion for helping employers and their employees to understand the benefits packages being offered. As a certified benefits counselor she has assisted hundreds of individuals with their benefit choices. She serves the senior community by educating and assisting with the complexities of navigating Medicare.
