Eric Kantor entered the insurance industry after retiring From the U.S Army over 25 Years ago. Since then, he has made service a main part of his life: Serving his God and community as a Deacon in his church, as a Board Member of the Local Association of the United States Army Chapter, and with the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past board member of the Puyallup Chamber of Commerce and the local NAIFA chapter and Augus Manor Senior Housing. As a Founding Partner of Benefit Solutions Northwest, his goal is to make sure that him and his team focus on providing innovative and creative solutions for their clients’ benefit needs, in order to provide the richest benefit packages at the best possible price. When he’s not working he enjoys travel and playing with his grandson.

Travis was Born and raised in Coeur D’Alene Idaho and graduated in 2004, then served in the US NAVY from 2004-2009, and moved to Seattle in 2011. He has goals to manage a future Branch of the company on the east side of Washington to be close to home and family.
Travis is a very detail oriented guy, who loves working with people. He is a natural leader and problem solver which is why he loves to work with our clients to find the best solution that is right for them. His Values are hard work and honesty, and accountability.
Travis is an avid Horror movie fan, loves soccer, and traveling as much as possible, that includes just traveling around to try out a new restaurant. He has a family guy with a Wife and young Daughter born in 2021, so he is very passionate about spending time with them and watching her grow.

Her dissatisfaction with benefits communications in her own work experience fueled her passion for helping employers and their employees to understand the benefits packages being offered. As a certified benefits counselor she has assisted hundreds of individuals with their benefit choices. She serves the senior community by educating and assisting with the complexities of navigating Medicare.
